a good half way (maybe a liitle further in) i threw my right black parade sleeve at gerard way. usually gerard throws any type of clothing back yo the owner, but tonoght when i threw it at gerard he walked the other way and frank picked it up andput it on his arm!!!!!!!!

I sit in a black leather chair. My arms are cold against the silver

metal posts. My legs are dangling down kicking the bar over and

over again. A beautiful woman with long golden locks asks me

what color apron I would like. “Pink”, I reply. As she places it

around my neck Mommy grabs my hand. She slowly starts rubbing

my hand as if she was trying to calm me down when in reality I am

just fine. I look at her. As soon as she notices me staring at her a

forced smile drapes across her face. The woman pulls out a

buzzer. A tear escapes and starts to run down her cheek, she

quickly turns and wipes it away. She tries to pretend she’s not

crying. This happened twice before.

The first time was when Mommy took me to see Dr. Fritz. I

remember sitting on Mommy’s lap playing with her hoop bracelets.

Dr. Fritz told her I had cancer and that’s when I felt a drop of

water hit the top of my head. I don’t remember much about that

day except the word cancer made Mommy cry.

The most recent time Mommy cried was a few nights ago. She was

brushing my hair my hair out before I went to sleep and a large

clump of brown hair fell into her hand.

The felling of vibrating buzzers against my head drew me out of

the past and back into that leather chair. During the process the

woman with golden hair kept telling me how strong I was and

that even though I was only 4 I was the bravest person she knew. I

thought to myself ‘why’? When she was done Mommy handed her a

red bandana to tie around my head. I got out of the chair and

grabbed Mommy’s hand but before we left there was one thing I

had to say. “Mommy what’s cancer?”
